AI POLICY

SWARNRUDRA: An International Multidisciplinary Journal of Academic Research acknowledges the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in modern academic research and scholarly writing. The journal supports the responsible and ethical use of AI technologies while maintaining strict standards of originality, transparency, and academic integrity.

AI tools may assist researchers in improving language quality, grammar correction, formatting, summarization, and data organization. However, AI must not replace human intellectual contribution or be used to generate false, fabricated, or misleading academic content.

Permitted Use of AI Tools

  • Language editing and grammar improvement
  • Formatting and structuring of manuscripts
  • Assistance in literature organization and summarization
  • Data visualization and basic analytical support
  • Improving readability and presentation of research work

Prohibited Use of AI Tools

  • Generating entire research papers without human contribution
  • Creating fake or unverified data, references, or citations
  • Manipulating research findings or results
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated content as fully original human research
  • Using AI to bypass academic or ethical standards

Author Responsibility

  • Authors must ensure full accountability for all content submitted, including AI-assisted sections.
  • The intellectual contribution of the manuscript must belong to the author(s), not AI tools.
  • Any use of AI should support research, not replace genuine academic work.

Disclosure Requirement

  • Authors are encouraged to clearly disclose the use of AI tools in their manuscript when applicable.
  • The disclosure should specify the purpose of AI usage (e.g., language editing, formatting, or data support).
  • Lack of transparency in AI usage may be considered a breach of publication ethics.

Editorial Evaluation

  • The editorial board reserves the right to review and evaluate any AI-assisted content.
  • Manuscripts that are fully AI-generated or lack original scholarly contribution may be rejected.
  • The journal ensures that all published content meets academic, ethical, and research standards.
